About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
- Experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes through data collection, model updates, and validation against company objectives
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in financial results
- Assist in process improvements and automation efforts to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Provide data-driven insights and performance metrics to inform business decisions
- Prepare recurring financial and management reports for leadership review
- Maintain and improve financial models used for performance evaluation and reporting
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests for finance leadership and cross-functional teams
- Monitor and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for reducing inefficiencies
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reporting and variance explanations
