Position: Structured Finance – AI Trainer

Type: Part-time contract

Compensation: $100-$200/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Seed and curate diverse structured finance datasets, including messy spreadsheets, partial models, and ambiguous financial inputs.
• Collaborate with AI and finance-adjacent contributors to design and refine training flows.
• Provide expert feedback on normalization and reconstruction of real-world financial artifacts.
• Contribute to data labeling strategies and structured finance training guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and effectively within a remote, geographically distributed team.
• Champion best practices in data seeding and structuring for AI training projects.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in structured finance or a closely related financial field.
• Ability to work with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous real-world financial data and models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data seeding, labeling, or annotation processes in AI or data science projects.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and financial artifacts in various formats.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, sometimes unstructured project environments.
