Sanctum is seeking a commercially minded and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and scale our global finance function as the business continues its international growth. This is a highly visible role, working closely with the Leadership Team to ensure strong financial control, clear commercial insight, and the operational rigour needed to scale sustainably.

As Finance Manager, you will own and optimise Sanctum’s finance function across multiple international entities. You will go beyond reporting numbers, playing a key role in shaping business decisions across pricing, investment, and growth strategy.
You will bring structure, visibility, and insight to financial performance while ensuring strong governance and scalable processes. Acting as a trusted partner to the Leadership Team, you will help guide the business through its next phase of growth.
- Own and continuously improve finance operations across all entities
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
- Maintain strong financial controls and consistent accounting policies
- Drive automation and build scalable, efficient finance processes
- Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
- Lead budgeting and forecasting across the business
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Provide clear, focused reporting on performance against plan
- Partner with the Leadership Team on pricing, revenue performance, and growth strategy
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insight
- Ensure visibility across revenue, margins, cash, and key KPIs
- Support better, faster decision-making across the business
- Strengthen financial governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Lead the audit process and manage external auditor relationships
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and system alignment
- Oversee intercompany processes across international entities
- Manage outsourced accounting partners and review outputs across GAAP and IFRS
- Oversee reporting cycles, audit readiness, and investor deliverables
- Support tax, structuring, and regulatory coordination with external advisers
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and cash management
- Experience owning month-end close and maintaining rigorous financial control
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across strategy and execution
- Track record of improving processes, systems, and financial visibility
- Highly analytical with strong commercial judgement
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong technical grounding in core accounting principles
- Experience in an SME or scale-up environment
- Exposure to multi-entity or international business structures
- Experience building or evolving finance functions
