Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reports using BI tools to track KPIs and key metrics
- Collect, integrate, and manage data from multiple systems, including ERP platforms, to provide a consolidated financial view
- Perform variance analysis, profitability assessments, and trend evaluations to support business decisions
- Automate repetitive financial tasks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting, as well as audits, ensuring accurate documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver actionable insights
- Lead end-to-end BI projects, from data extraction and analysis to reporting and presentation of results
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for deriving actionable insights
- Knowledge of Python or R and eagerness to expand technical skills
- Experience with statistical modeling, descriptive statistics, and data visualization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian are a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into business decisions
- Bonus points: Master's degree in a relevant field, knowledge of ERP finance applications (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP), or experience in accounting/financial reporting
