The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Assistant - ideally with Xero experience - to join a rapidly growing global organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring the accuracy of company accounting records. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a supportive, professional team and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership over Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Ownership for inputting sales/purchase invoices and supporting payment processes.
  • Process employee expenses on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Support the payroll process for the UK, IRE, US, SA and ROW.
  • Assist the completion of month-end process for UK, IRE, US, SA entities (including balance sheet reconciliations).
  • Provide data and reporting support plus any ad hoc requests to the leadership team.

About You

  • You have prior experience in a Finance Administration role for UK and US entities.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • You have great communication skills and can communicate at all levels.
  • You can handle sensitive and personal information with a confidential approach.
  • Able to multitask and jump on what needs to be done.
  • Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential.

  • A full-time role (9:00am - 5:30pm Mon-Fri)
  • Competitive base salary of £35,000
  • 23 days of holiday leave annually
