Role Responsibilities
- Source, review, and seed real-world public sector finance spreadsheets and artifacts.
- Analyze and interpret ambiguous financial data to support AI training workflows.
- Collaborate with AI teams to enhance partial models with finance-adjacent insights.
- Document data seeding and normalization processes clearly and concisely.
- Support AI model reconstruction, normalization, and extension of unstructured inputs.
- Engage in iterative feedback cycles to improve AI learning outcomes.
- Promote best practices for managing broad, messy finance datasets.
- Strong public sector finance or finance-adjacent domain knowledge.
- Experience working with messy, incomplete, or ambiguous financial data sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and in-the-wild financial artifacts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to undefined workflows and evolving project structures.
