We are looking for a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) to actively develop the Swedish market, inspire customers, and unlock new business opportunities for our innovative products and solutions.
Your mission
- Represent Wöhner in the Swedish market
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and grow these partnerships further
- Proactively identify and win new customers
- Spot market opportunities and turn them into sustainable growth
- Advise customers on our products and solutions in a professional and convincing way
- Lead sales discussions confidently – from first contact to closing
- Work closely with internal teams and international colleagues
What you bring
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- A passion for field sales and direct customer interaction; a plus is good sales connections within our branch in the Nordics/Baltics
- Strong technical understanding of products that require explanation and consultation
- A proactive mindset, negotiation skills, and confident communication
- A structured, independent, and results-driven way of working
- Very good Swedish and English language skills; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Sweden
