Your Role – Field Clinical Specialist (E
P)As a Field Clinical Specialist, you are a clinical cornerstone of the EP team. You will support physicians and hospital staff during procedures, educate teams on best practices, and drive adoption of our cutting-edge technologies. Your work will directly influence patient outcomes and the success of our EP solution

What You Will
- DoProvide in-depth clinical and technical support during EP procedures using Boston Scientific’s full EP portfol
- io.Train and educate physicians, nurses, and technicians on product use and best practic
- es.Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and support business grow
- th.Troubleshoot and optimize system performance in real-time during procedur
- es.Build strong relationships with EP labs, hospital administrators, and key decision-make
- rs.Support hardware/software upgrades and coordinate with European technical tea
- ms.In the field 2–4 days/week, approx 1 overnight stay per week, occasional Nordic supp

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has:Clinical experience in for example Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) or Electrocardiogram (ECG) or sim
- ilar.A degree in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Medical engineering, or related healthcare f
- ield.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex clinical concepts cle
- arly.A collaborative mindset, adaptable approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environ
- ment.Willingness to travel and work around hospital sched
- ules.Fluency in Swedish and Eng
lish.
