Responsibilities :

1. Handle technical support for the company's products (NetCom-Main, OTT-Backup). This includes analyzing product issues, providing explanations, and coordinating with relevant parties.;

2. Do the UAT test on site for the products upgrading;

3. Project solution formulation, consultation and answer, on-site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting;

4. Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customer's technical team, collect customer's technical demands, and provide customized technical support and solutions;

5. Conduct product demonstrations, set up demonstration environments, and provide on-the-spot explanations;

6. Manage and resolve customer complaints, providing technical support throughout the product's entire lifecycle;

7. Collect technical issue reported from client, organize internal meeting, prepare or review report/document for the resolution for client.


Skills and Qualifications

1. Four years college degree from an accredited institution;

2. Basical Linux-skill;

3. Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential;

4. PC proficiency.


This position requires permanent residency in Stockholm, Sweden, or its surrounding areas.
