As we scale, we’re looking for a Faculty Operations Manager to orchestrate this network and ensure seamless delivery of our experiences.
Role OverviewThe Faculty Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational backbone of see6’s global delivery faculty.
You will oversee planning, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management for a network of 50+ facilitators and subject matter experts, ensuring the right faculty are deployed to the right engagements at the right time.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery operations, resource planning, and community management, ensuring our faculty network operates like a high-performing team.
- Manage capacity planning and scheduling across faculty members
- Match facilitators to client engagements based on expertise, geography, and availability
- Forecast faculty demand based on sales pipeline and upcoming programs
- Maintain a rolling 3–6 month faculty resourcing plan
- Coordinate faculty staffing for simulations, workshops, and enterprise programs
- Ensure all engagements are appropriately staffed and prepared
- Manage scheduling logistics across time zones and regions
- Maintain delivery calendars and engagement tracking
- Serve as the central operational contact for the see6 faculty community
- Support onboarding and enablement of new faculty members
- Maintain faculty profiles, expertise mapping, and certifications
- Help scale the network from 50 to 100+ facilitators
- Build and maintain systems for:
- Faculty availability
- Engagement assignments
- Capacity forecasting
- Delivery reporting
- Manage operational tools (Notion, CRM integrations, scheduling platforms, etc.)
- Track faculty performance and client feedback
- Support continuous improvement of the faculty network
- Identify top performers and future lead facilitators
Work closely with:
- Sales team (pipeline forecasting and resource needs)
- Client delivery team (program scheduling and logistics)
- Product team (faculty training and enablement)
You are highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable managing complexity at scale.
You thrive when coordinating people, schedules, and systems to deliver seamless experiences.
Experience- 5+ years in operations, program management, or resource planning
- Experience coordinating large facilitator or consultant networks
- Experience in consulting, learning, or workshop delivery environments
- Strong scheduling and capacity planning experience
- Resource planning and capacity forecasting
- Strong operational systems thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Comfortable managing global teams and time zones
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience managing facilitator networks or associate consultant pools
- Background in consulting operations, L&D, or professional services
- Experience with simulation-based learning or workshops
- You will help scale a global network of AI facilitators
- Your work will directly impact how enterprises adopt AI
- You’ll help build the operational backbone of a next-generation AI consulting model
