Role Description This is a full-time, remote Faculty Hiring Opportunity focused on Switzerland-based academic collaboration. The faculty collaborator will contribute to curriculum development and academic design for online business programs, ensuring alignment with European partner universities and international standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering online lectures, leading live and recorded sessions, guiding learners through the LMS, and creating assessment materials such as assignments, case studies, and examinations. The role also involves supervising research projects, providing academic mentoring and feedback, participating in quality assurance and accreditation-related activities, and coordinating with academic teams in Switzerland and other partner locations. The faculty member will actively support program innovation, contribute to scholarly or practice-based outputs, and participate in virtual academic meetings and workshops.
Qualifications
  • Advanced academic credentials such as a PhD, DBA, or other relevant terminal degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline; a master’s degree with substantial teaching or industry experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience in higher education teaching, preferably in online or blended learning environments, with the ability to design and deliver interactive, learner-centered courses.
  • Subject-matter expertise in one or more areas such as HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Strong research orientation or applied industry experience, including the ability to supervise projects, dissertations, or practice-based assignments.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classroom tools, and digital pedagogical methods suitable for global learners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capacity to teach diverse international cohorts in a clear, inclusive, and culturally aware manner.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with international academic partners, program coordinators, and administrative teams across time zones.
