Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI teams to annotate, curate, and evaluate data for janitorial and housekeeping workflows.
- Design realistic supervisory scenarios and workflow datasets for machine learning models.
- Provide expert feedback on task delegation, quality control, and safety compliance practices.
- Review and refine AI outputs to ensure alignment with industry standards and operational realities.
- Document processes and communicate complex operational concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Integrate supervisory expertise into AI-driven solutions to enhance operational performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience supervising housekeeping or janitorial teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization and documentation.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Proficiency with digital tools and project management platforms.
- Experience translating real-world scenarios into structured workflows or data.
