Position: Janitorial Supervisor

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI teams to annotate, curate, and evaluate data related to housekeeping and janitorial workflows.
- Design realistic supervisory scenarios and workflow datasets for AI training and machine learning applications.
- Provide domain expertise on task delegation, quality control, and safety compliance in cleaning operations.
- Deliver structured feedback to improve AI understanding of real-world janitorial supervision challenges.
- Participate in review sessions to refine AI outputs and align them with industry standards.
- Document processes and communicate operational knowledge clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to integrating real-world supervisory practices into AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in housekeeping or janitorial services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to document and optimize operational processes.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Experience using digital tools for communication, project management, and workflow documentation.
- Ability to translate real-world scenarios into structured data for AI training.
- Strong understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards in facility management.
