- Apply domain expertise from administrative support, waste management, or remediation services to inform AI research.
- Translate operational workflows, management practices, and decision-making scenarios into structured tasks.
- Ensure created content reflects practical, real-world supervisory challenges.
- Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and deliverable requirements.
- Strong experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers.
- Professional background in administrative and support services or waste management and remediation sectors.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate job-specific workflows.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
