TaxDone is hiring an Expat Advocate to support international clients navigating tax-related processes in Switzerland. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal tax teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely case completion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for expat clients
- Guide clients through documentation and timelines
- Coordinate with tax and operations teams
- Track cases from onboarding to completion
- Explain structured processes clearly to non-technical clients
- Maintain accurate case records
Requirements
Experience in client support or case management
Strong ability to explain structured processes clearly
High attention to detail
Experience working with international clients
Fluent English and remote capability
