Salary: €70–90k + uncapped commission (OTE €130–150k+ Year 1)

With €20M+ raised and €25M+ in revenue, our client is growing quickly in France and the UK, serving fast-growing scale-ups and companies such as Conto, Alan, Decathlon, Stellantis, and SNCF.


About the Role

This is a strategic new business and market opening role. As the Expansion Manager for the German market, you’ll own the entire sales cycle—outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. You will target tech-enabled scale-ups, focusing on industries like e-commerce, fintech, mobility, and travel with strong CX needs.

Your key objective will be to secure 2–3 new clients per month, driving ~€45k quarterly revenue after ramp-up, with the potential to structure the German market and lead a local sales team as the company grows.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound to closing

• Open 2–3 new clients per month, aiming for ~€45k quarterly revenue after ramp-up

• Focus entirely on new business (no delivery management)

• Potential to structure the German market and lead a local sales team

• Travel to HQ in Paris/London 5 days per month


Key Requirements:

• Proven outbound sales experience (BDR/AE/full-cycle sales background)

• Experience selling to CX/Customer Service/Ops/E-commerce decision-makers

• Strong business acumen, familiar with SaaS and tech value propositions

• Clear communication style—able to pitch concisely

• Fluent in German and English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in opening or scaling a market

• Past experience in scale-ups or tech-enabled services

• Knowledge of competitors (e.g., Concentrix, The Nest, Webhelp, Akimbo)

Compensation:

• Base salary: €70–90k (flexible for strong candidates)

• Uncapped commission (OTE €130–150k+ Year 1)

• Commission structure: % of recurring revenue + client opening bonuses
