- Define and execute a 5-10 year product and business strategy aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Lead and inspire teams across sales, support, product development, and professional services to achieve organizational goals.

- Develop strong relationships with customers and executive stakeholders to support customer success and long-term partnerships.

- Own financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability objectives, and operational results.
- Manage a full Profit and Loss statement with responsibility for business performance exceeding $10M in revenue.

The ideal candidate is an experienced executive leader with a strong commercial mindset, healthcare industry expertise, and a proven ability to scale organizations. Required qualifications and skills include:
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with responsibility for business strategy and execution.
- 5+ years of experience working within the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience leading multifunctional organizations with at least 75 team members.
- Demonstrated success managing revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
- Experience owning and managing a complete Profit and Loss statement.
- Strong sales orientation combined with product strategy and market development expertise.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to inspire teams, develop leaders, and create a high-performance culture.
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving technology environment.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to improve workflows and decision-making.
