Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will perform tasks such as identifying and attracting talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to execute recruiting strategies, assisting in training initiatives, and ensuring clear and efficient communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Interviewing and Training
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- An understanding of the e-learning or education sector is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
