What you’ll do:

  • Own of all aspects related to the the product
  • Lead the Product Group, have the final word for all the decisions for the product development and operations
  • Control product PnL – both Publishing and Development
  • Constantly work with Financial BP on clarity and transparency for all expenses and allocations
  • Be in charge of product budget and expenses
  • Hold full control over Publishing and Development roadmaps
  • Approve hiring/firing decisions
  • Approve and be responsible for games’ annual KPIs
  • Create and hold product strategy, including: markets, target audience, platforms, features, marketing strategy etc.
  • Be responsible for implementation of OneTeam approach in product; publishing and development should work with full trust, transparency and understanding of the value of each other and the joint end-result
  • Prepare reports for senior management


About you:

  • Ability to own all aspects of game publishing for all platforms: PC, Consoles, Mobile
  • Inside-out understanding of different platform nuances: Sony, Xbox, Steam, EGS, AppStore, Android Market etc.
  • Perfect knowledge of PnL building and tracking, with full responsibility for end-result
  • Great team leader able to head both the Publishing and Development teams; someone who can ensure the OneTeam approach is implemented at all levels of the team
  • Be collaborative and have an understanding of the importance of knowledge-sharing between different product teams
  • Have a clear vision and understanding of current game market landscape, and is able to see and use opportunities that appear on the market
  • Know how to analyze data and use it for further product development; whether it’s an already launched or in-development product
  • Have knowledge of all main roles, goals and responsibilities across the publishing and development teams
  • The ability to own both the Development and Publishing roadmaps
  • Know how to forecast, track and hit the main product KPIs
  • Be data-driven, while at the same time having an understanding that data without business and community understanding may hurt the product
  • Able to give team members enough space and be trusting of the decisions they are responsible for
  • At the same time, ready to make final decisions and take responsibility for team decisions
