Location: Rockwall, TX (Hybrid: in-home/office, and remote as needed)


Schedule: Full-time, flexible

Reports To: CEO

About the Role


We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant who can support a busy CEO across both business and personal life.

This role is a hybrid between an Executive Assistant and a Household/Personal Assistant. You will manage the CEO’s business schedule, communication, and meetings across multiple companies—while also ensuring the household, kids’ schedules, and personal tasks run smoothly.

You will become the right hand to the CEO, helping life run efficiently on all fronts.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage CEO’s calendar: sales calls, leadership meetings, staff meetings, coaching calls

Prioritize, organize, and rearrange meetings as needed

Monitor and triage CEO’s email inbox

Monitor Slack for messages that require CEO attention

Draft communications and act as liaison between the CEO and the internal team

Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up tasks

Coordinate travel as needed

Maintain confidentiality with all business and personal matters


Personal Assistant & Family Support

Coordinate household vendors (house cleaners, lawn service, maintenance, etc.)

Manage personal service providers (auto service, dry cleaning, deliveries, etc.)

Assist with school logistics (drop-off/pickup coordination) Expect 90% of drop off and pick up to fall on you.

Run errands: groceries, returns, birthday gifts, car appointments, pharmacy pickups

Keep the CEO’s home and personal life organized and on schedule

Manage personal calendar: family events, doctor appointments, home projects

Support family communication and scheduling (as needed)


Household Operations

Oversee relationships with household vendors

Ensure recurring services stay on schedule

Set reminders for home maintenance items

Coordinate home projects and repairs

Maintain inventories for household items as requested


Professional Requirements

2+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Strong communication skills and professional presence

High emotional intelligence and confidentiality

Comfortable coordinating multiple calendars across work + home

Ability to run errands and drive locally (valid driver’s license required)

Tech-literate: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, iPhone apps, scheduling tools

Must be comfortable working in both home and office environments

Compensation

Salary Range:

$60,000 – $85,000/year depending on experience and role scope

10 days Paid time off + 6 holidays off for total of 16 Paid Days
