This role requires someone who can coach executives credibly while also contributing practical guidance across talent management, succession planning, engagement, and organisational design.
What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
- Design and support strategies that strengthen positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across partnered businesses.
- Conduct culture assessments and coach leadership teams on practical action plans that improve engagement and alignment.
- Support strategic talent acquisition initiatives and guide effective recruitment approaches.
- Oversee and advise on onboarding practices that help new hires integrate successfully into company culture.
- Coach business leaders on talent development, performance management, leadership growth, and career progression.
- Support succession planning by identifying and developing future leadership capability.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and internal communication approaches that support collaboration and morale.
- Coach executives and teams on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and people development.
- Work with senior leadership on organisational design and resource planning to support business goals.
- Facilitate team-building and cross-functional collaboration initiatives that improve overall productivity.

What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
- field.A master’s degree may be advantageous.
- Significant experience in leadership roles within HR, talent management, organisational development, or related people functions.
- Experience coaching and mentoring executives, ideally in high-growth or evolving business environments.
- Strong understanding of culture development, employee engagement, and talent strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States, with occasional travel as required.
Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable
Relevant backgrounds may include:
- HR leadership;
- talent management and talent strategy;
- organisational development;
- people and culture advisory;
- leadership coaching in growth-oriented organisations.
Equivalent experience will also be considered where candidates can demonstrate strong executive coaching capability, people strategy judgement, and experience improving organisational culture and talent outcomes.
