About Our Client

Our client is building financial products to help startups and small businesses scale. This requires a significant amount of strategic administrative support, leading to the creation of an Executive Assistant role. In this position, the individual will primarily support the Engineering, Product & Design groups. The focus will be on partnering deeply and supporting leadership in their day-to-day activities, from calendaring to meeting preparation. The role will also drive efficiencies, always looking for ways to proactively address challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complex calendar management and scheduling for C-suite and VP level executives across multiple time zones.
  • Assist executives in effectively prioritizing and balancing extensive responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with Product Ops around internal planning processes, including CORs, Cycle Reviews, and Quarterly and Annual planning cycles.
  • Manage, assess, and predict the day-to-day needs of the Leadership team to ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events.
  • Make recommendations for time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
  • Contribute to team meetings and offsites by assisting with planning, scheduling, and pre-reads.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, events, onsites (virtual and in-person) and travel arrangements as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-suite or VP level executives at a high-growth, technology startup.
  • An active listener who indexes high on patience, attention, and empathy.
  • Incredibly organized with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed.
  • A knack for working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ability to communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or through ambiguity.
  • Enjoyment in optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
  • Adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence.
  • Proactively anticipate and respond to the needs of others.
  • Diverse interests and enjoyment in learning about other peoples’ interests.
  • A sense of humor.


Compensation and Benefits

The total rewards package includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.

Salary and equity ranges are competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using reliable compensation survey data. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.

The target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:

  • US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $122,400 - $137,700


  • US employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $110,200 - $123,900
