About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Leadership Operations team. This role is primarily remote, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be based within the Pacific Standard Time zone and in close proximity to our offices in Bellevue, Washington, San Francisco, or Mountain View, California. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders by managing their schedules, coordinating communications, and facilitating seamless operations across global teams. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional administrative support, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, capable of handling multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to draft and review professional correspondence and presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Experience planning and executing remote and in-person meetings and events at scale.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, email correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, prepare itineraries, and handle expense reports efficiently.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure they are well-prepared for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in and support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person team events and meetings.
  • Draft, review, and edit communications such as presentations, blogs, and emails on behalf of leaders.
  • Analyze datasets such as engagement surveys and create insightful reports to inform leadership decisions.
  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects that enhance operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Engage actively in Leadership Operations meetings and foster collaboration across the team.
