Executive Assistant (Family Office / Investment Group)
Location: Predominantly remote, with ad hoc office attendance and quarterly in-person board meetings
About the Role
Our client is a private investment and family office overseeing a growing portfolio. They are seeking a first-rate, experienced, highly organised, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support their young, entrepreneurial founder and other family members on a more ad-hoc basis. This is a high-trust, autonomous role operating at the centre of a dynamic investment group, working closely with CEOs and board members, as well as providing ad-hoc support to other family members.
Executive & Diary Support
- Full diary management for the founder and other family members
- Scheduling, prioritisation, and coordination of meetings
- Travel, restaurants, drivers, and occasional personal arrangements
Stakeholder & Portfolio Coordination
- Act as key liaison between the founder and portfolio company CEOs
- Prepare briefing notes, track actions, and ensure timely follow-up
Board & Meeting Support
- Coordinate board meetings and senior leadership sessions
- Attend meetings as required, taking notes and managing actions
- Prepare agendas, materials and summaries
About You
- 5+ years’ experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Background in private equity, investment, family office or multi-entity environments
- Confident liaising with CEOs and board-level stakeholders
- Highly organised, discreet and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong written communication and note-taking skills
- Tech-savvy and effective in a remote working environment

- Full-time with some flexibility
- Predominantly remote, with quarterly in-person meetings and occasional board attendance
