About the Opportunity:
This organization provides executive support by combining technology and human insight. The Executive Assistant role supports clients by managing schedules, communications, and priorities, delivering personalized and efficient assistance. Collaboration with other assistants is part of the role to ensure high-quality support.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inboxes, draft messages, and ensure timely follow-ups with a professional tone.
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships through responsiveness and reliability.
• Manage dynamic calendars to prioritize time effectively.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics for day-to-day support.
• Track progress on key initiatives and follow up on next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency using tools and technology.
• Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail to prevent errors.
• Handle expenses, invoices, and light financial reporting.
Requirements:
• 4 to 7 years of high-level support experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager.
• Experience mentoring or guiding others and fostering team culture.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, communication platforms, CRMs, and financial systems.
• Strong communication skills, good judgment, proactive mindset, professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

Compensation:
• Starting annual compensation is expected to be between $55,000 and $85,000, depending on skills and experience.
