About The Role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team in San Francisco. This full-time role will provide dedicated support to three senior leaders within Chime’s Product organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining clarity amid complexity by managing multiple priorities and projects efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating team events, and handling logistics for meetings and travel. You will serve as a key point of contact, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across teams and external partners. The role demands a high level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability to support our leaders effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative approach to work. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior leaders (VP, SVP, or equivalent), preferably within a technology or fintech company
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and make sound judgment calls
  • Experience managing complex, fast-changing calendars and schedules
  • Ability to coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting efficiently
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Collaborative and approachable working style

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize complex calendars, understanding priorities and anticipating conflicts to create dedicated focus time
  • Coordinate logistics for team events, offsites, and on-site meetings, working closely with cross-functional partners and vendors
  • Proactively identify dependencies and manage schedules to ensure smooth operations
  • Support Product leaders with scheduling, communication flow, and follow-up tracking
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports with attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to share context, improve systems, and support team success
  • Handle sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
