About The Role
Nourish is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Co-founder/President and CFO. This pivotal role is designed to enable our executive leadership to operate at peak efficiency by managing their calendars, coordinating communications, handling logistics, and serving as a trusted partner in managing daily priorities. The Executive Assistant will work closely with both executives and cross-functional teams across finance, go-to-market, and operations departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders in fast-paced or high-growth companies
- Exceptional calendar management and time prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Notion, Slack, Todoist, and other relevant software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, dynamic environments
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience supporting senior executives in strategic and operational initiatives is preferred
- Manage and optimize calendars for the President and CFO, ensuring alignment with top priorities and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including setting agendas, preparing briefing materials, and tracking follow-up actions
- Plan and execute travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams or external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Implement and improve systems for task management, information flow, and organizational efficiency
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other high-stakes engagements
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and create leverage for leadership
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed to facilitate company growth and operational excellence
