Our partner is a fast-growing strategy consultancy specialising in the insurance sector. Headquartered in London with a global footprint, they work closely with leading insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and private equity firms on high-impact projects across growth strategy, operations, technology transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. As the business continues to scale internationally, they are investing in strong executive support to enable senior leadership to operate effectively across time zones.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Senior Partner based in New York. This is a 3–6 month contract role, with the possibility of converting to a full-time position.
The role is remote-first and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment. The successful candidate must be UK-based and able to align working hours with US time zones, typically between 2pm and 8–9pm UK time. There will also be opportunities to join the UK team in person for events and key moments throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level diary and inbox management for Senior Partners based in New York
• Coordinate complex international scheduling across multiple time zones
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up actions
• Act as a key point of contact between Senior Partners and internal teams
• Support travel planning and manage travel-related administration and invoices
• Assist with presentation preparation and document formatting
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support wider operational tasks and collaborate with the UK office team
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
• Comfortable working remotely while supporting senior stakeholders internationally
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Confident communicator, able to work closely with senior leaders and internal teams
• Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs
• UK-based and able to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones
• Willingness to attend UK-based events when required
