Role overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. This role is focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing priorities, and enabling the leadership team to operate efficiently.
You will be a key partner in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting leadership processes, helping maintain momentum across the business.
You’ll also have the opportunity to improve how we work - spotting inefficiencies, experimenting with Ai tools, and helping automate repeatable tasks over time.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Board Governance
- Weekly Leadership Meetings - own the end-to-end process for weekly leadership meetings. This includes designing the agenda, hosting the meeting to keep it on track, recording actions, and ensuring follow through.
- Quarterly Leadership Meetings - manage the creation of relevant decks and materials. After the sessions, you will synthesize the discussion into core themes and strategic priorities to be shared with the wider business.
- Run the Quarterly Leadership Meetings, which includes building out the agenda and coordinating with external advisors to ensure high-level engagement.
Operational & Project Management
- Manage complex calendars for the CEO and COO, prioritizing high-value business needs and protecting their time.
- Assist with planning internal meetings and company events (logistics, coordination)
- Support travel planning and expense management
- Help maintain organization across tools (Google Suite, Slack, Asana, etc.)
- Provide light project coordination support where needed
- Opportunity to manage the recruitment pipeline for key roles and design the first month onboarding experience for new hires to maintain Stride's culture from day one.
Process & Tooling Mindset
- You’re naturally curious about how things can be done better, faster, or smarter.
- Interested in tools, automation, and AI - even if you’re self-taught or early in your journey.
- Enjoy spotting repetitive tasks and finding ways to streamline or automate them.
- Comfortable experimenting and figuring things out as you go.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting senior executives
- Proactive - you fix things before they become problems
- Comfortable working remotely and juggling multiple priorities
- Confident coordinating across teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom
