2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key operations partner for the US-based leadership team, bringing structure to a fast-paced environment. This role ensures top executives operate efficiently by anticipating needs and managing complex administrative tasks. The position contributes directly to organizational effectiveness by supporting executive decision-making and coordination of strategic activities.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, inbox triage, and complex domestic and international travel across US and European time zones
• Coordinate board meetings, monthly business reviews, and offsites, including agendas, briefing materials, and action-item tracking
• Draft and proofread executive-level communications; act as primary gatekeeper and contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Support strategic initiatives with document management, presentation creation, and light project management
4. Requirements:
• 5+ years experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders, ideally multiple executives simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project tools such as Confluence/Atlassian
• Ability to work independently in a remote, high-growth environment with discretion
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
• Based in a US time zone with flexibility for occasional overlap with European headquarters
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The base salary for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year
• Salary ranges reflect current market data and may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other legally permitted factors
