The Role
The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to four (4) senior commercial leaders based in the United States.
This position reports to a senior executive leader within the organization and is part of a dynamic North America-based team. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and complete monthly expense reports.
- Support internal communications, including Town Halls and presentations. Maintain email distribution lists and update organizational charts.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
- Organize leadership meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities independently, including calendar coordination and time management.
- Experience in travel planning, vendor communication, and budget or cost center support.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly compensation range: $39.00 – $45.00, based on experience and qualifications.
- Eligibility for bonus or incentive programs.
