Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate communications, handle administrative tasks, and assist with various projects all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle inbound and outbound communications, including emails and phone calls.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.

Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.

Conduct research and compile data as needed.

Screen and prioritize correspondence and requests.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High-speed internet connection and a reliable remote work setup.
