About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), with additional responsibilities supporting other General & Administrative (G&A) leaders. This role can be based remotely within the Pacific Time Zone or in our Oakland office. The successful candidate will act as a trusted confidante and partner to our executive leadership, helping to optimize their time by anticipating needs, managing schedules, and coordinating logistics in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. You will be integral to the smooth operation of our finance organization and broader leadership team, assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document preparation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic projects, and be part of a dynamic, values-driven team committed to innovation and growth.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience supporting CEO, VP, or C-level executives in a high-growth technology company or similar environment
  • Resourceful, dependable, and process-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management abilities
  • Professional demeanor, respect, and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and manage up effectively
  • Interest in contributing to a transparent and collaborative work culture
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Drive), Confluence, Zoom, Slack

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the calendars and documentation for the CFO, Chief Product Officer (CPO), Chief Legal Officer (CLO), and several Vice Presidents, ensuring alignment and prioritization
  • Communicate priorities clearly across teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership meetings, off-sites, board meetings, All Hands, and other company events
  • Create and design presentation decks and slides for executive meetings
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and handling unforeseen changes
  • Organize expense reports and assist with ad hoc special projects as needed
  • Partner with the CEO’s Chief of Staff and other executive business partners on various strategic initiatives
