What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple associate deans in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences
  • Coordinate, schedule, and maintain electronic calendars for the associate deans
  • Organize and staff committee meetings, ensuring smooth operations
  • Compile, screen, and evaluate correspondence and reports, making action recommendations
  • Manage logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience providing administrative support to internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including multitasking and prioritization
  • Proficiency in using email, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and Google Suite
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling for in-person and virtual meetings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive discussions

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience managing travel arrangements
  • Background in event planning, including budgeting and agenda development
  • Familiarity with monitoring expenditures and budget management
