2. About the Opportunity: The Executive Assistant provides critical support to the executive team by managing administrative tasks, calendars, communications, and travel arrangements. 3. Responsabilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Draft letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, car rentals, hotels, and dinners.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and assisting with departmental initiatives and events.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications across the team.
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
- Complete monthly expense reports for supported executives.
- Provide ad hoc support to the CFO's office.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
4. Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to learn new software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range of $100,000 to $135,000, representing only the base salary.
- The base salary considers factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
- It does not include short- or long-term incentive compensation.
