What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and optimize the Owner's calendar, scheduling meetings and prioritizing effectively
  • Organize and manage the Owner's inbox, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
  • Arrange and manage all travel logistics, ensuring seamless travel experiences
  • Prepare for meetings by gathering necessary documents and tracking action items
  • Provide operational support, acting as a liaison between the Owner and other contacts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Tech-savvy with experience using email, calendar, and productivity tools
