Summary of Position:
Inspired Interiors is a dynamic interior design company dedicated to creating inspiring, functional, and aesthetically stunning spaces. We value creativity, attention to detail, and professionalism, and We’re seeking a versatile, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO, team, and brand growth initiatives.
This is a remote role combining executive support with digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a self-starter, and a creative storyteller who can seamlessly manage executive responsibilities while leading the company’s marketing, social media, and PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Shadow the CEO, make executive decisions in their absence, and take initiative to achieve business results.
- Support team members on client projects as needed, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including Circle of Ten dinners and other company gatherings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, project databases, and administrative records.
- Assist with public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, media communications, and event announcements.
- Support PR initiatives including media outreach, influencer engagement, and tracking press coverage.
- Implement and maintain a social media/PR checklist to ensure all tasks, campaigns, and deadlines are met consistently.
- Assist with social media postings as the liaison between the owner and marketing team Collaborate with the design team to showcase projects effectively online.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Marketing/Social Media role; experience in interior design or creative industries is a plus.
- Proficient in social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, and etc.), and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in construction is a significant bonus.
Compensation: $35.00 per hour
