About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our Cofounder and CEO. This role is vital in supporting the executive in managing a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in ambiguity, making a meaningful impact within a mission-driven organization. As an extension of our leadership team, you will provide comprehensive support that transcends traditional administrative duties, ensuring seamless operations across our remote-first organization. Your contributions will enable our CEO to focus on strategic initiatives while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
  • Proven track record in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
  • Experience managing complex travel coordination and logistics
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail and follow-through
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Keynote, and Excel
  • Ability to remain calm and poised under pressure
  • Strong understanding of social networking and digital communication systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, emails, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and expense reconciliation
  • Prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, taking detailed notes, and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Manage operational rhythms and ensure seamless communication within the organization
  • Assist in strategic and special projects, including organizing external events and leadership initiatives
  • Engage professionally with external partners, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Support VPs and other senior leaders with lightweight administrative and project support
  • Anticipate executive needs and provide personalized assistance, maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Manage personal obligations to help executives balance professional and personal commitments
