About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Leadership Operations team. This is a primarily remote position, with the requirement that you are located within the Pacific Standard Time zone and in close proximity to our offices in Bellevue, Washington, San Francisco, or Mountain View, California. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders by managing their calendars, communications, travel, and administrative needs. You will be a key connector within a global, fast-paced environment, helping to coordinate meetings, organize events, and facilitate efficient workflows. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help foster a collaborative and high-performing organizational culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced or high-growth technology environment
- Proven expertise in calendar and email management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Experience planning and executing remote and in-person events at scale
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools like Confluence and Jira is a plus
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to senior leaders through calendar management, email filtering, and prioritization
- Partner with leaders to prepare for meetings, including agenda setting and material review
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports efficiently
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities
- Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person events, including logistics and attendee management
- Draft and review communications such as presentations, blogs, emails, and reports on behalf of leaders
- Assist in analyzing datasets, preparing insightful reports, and managing ad hoc projects
- Participate actively in Leadership Operations meetings and contribute to process improvements
- Act as a connector within the team, fostering collaboration and information sharing across global teams
