About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and deadline tracking
- Organize events, board meetings, and offsite planning sessions as needed
- Perform general office and administrative duties to ensure executive efficiency
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
