The organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to two executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a primary point of contact, managing communications, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, deliverables, and logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Track and manage action items, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Support special projects, initiatives, and cross-functional coordination as needed
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic budget tracking
- Assist with planning team events, offsites, and leadership meetings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or global organization
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, slack, and collaboration tools
- Experience coordinating complex travel and managing executive calendars across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives
- Experience in a technology or high-growth environment
- Project management or operations experience
- Familiarity with expense management and procurement systems

Compensation
$70K – $90K
