2. About the Opportunity:
The Executive Assistant role provides essential support primarily to the CEO and additionally to the CTO and CPO. This position holds significant trust and visibility, enabling close involvement with leadership operations and influencing how the executive team functions daily. The role demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to enhancing executive effectiveness.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, including scheduling and protecting focus time
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and itineraries
• Draft and proofread correspondence, meeting preparation materials, and internal communications
• Take notes during key meetings and track follow-ups and action items
• Assist with email triage and inbox prioritization for the CEO when necessary
• Conduct ad hoc research, manage logistics, and support special projects as needed
• Act as a reliable contact point for internal teams and external partners reaching leadership
4. Requirements:
• Previous experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or executive support capacity
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track details and anticipate needs
• Clear and professional communication skills in writing and verbal interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to remain composed and adaptable amid shifting priorities
• Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, calibrated to experience
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• Unlimited paid time off
• Home office stipend
