What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and coordinate a high-volume business and personal calendar
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Support client, partner, and internal team communications and follow-up
  • Assist with project coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Help plan and execute events, client experiences, and team functions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or performing supportive duties
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with basic financial tracking or tools (e.g., QuickBooks or expense management)
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Zoom
