About The Role
The Executive Assistant at Prime Therapeutics plays a vital role in supporting the company’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This remote position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling high-level administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative role
- At least 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or at Prime
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience creating executive-level reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of professionalism and executive presence
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
- Capacity to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more members of Prime’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned executives, managing correspondence, calls, and visitors
- Manage and prioritize calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and transition between meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and vendor negotiations to secure preferred rates and accommodations
- Organize large or sensitive meetings and conferences, ensuring logistical arrangements, technology setup, and material preparation
- Draft, review, and distribute policies, procedures, and business correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials for executive and board meetings
- Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders
- Track and process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements on behalf of executives
- Support special projects, including onboarding, recognition programs, and large-scale events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the strategic objectives of Prime
