What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
  • Plan and organize meetings, and take notes to report back to the CEO
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience in developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
