What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
  • Handle the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to urgent matters
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects and prepare supporting documentation for the executive leadership team
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and communicate CEO priorities effectively
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
  • Familiarity with task management software for tracking key action items
