This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling in-person and remote tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands with sound judgment. This position offers a dynamic work environment where flexibility and resourcefulness are valued. While primarily remote, the role requires the ability to handle in-person tasks across Columbus with reliable transportation. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for logistical coordination, ensuring that the CEO can focus on strategic initiatives while day-to-day operations are managed seamlessly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar high-responsibility support role
- Based in the Columbus metropolitan area with reliable transportation
- Availability to handle in-person tasks and short-notice requests across Columbus
- High responsiveness and full availability during the workday
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars
- Excellent coordination and logistics management capabilities
- Reliable follow-through and task execution
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments thoughtfully and realistically
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are fulfilled as planned
- Plan and organize company events, handling all details from initial coordination through execution
- Handle time-sensitive, in-person logistics across Columbus, including quick travel and same-day tasks
- Navigate throughout the city to complete high-priority tasks and maintain workflow
- Track open items and ensure nothing is overlooked or forgotten
- Prioritize competing requests throughout the day using sound judgment and discretion
- Respond promptly to requests, ensuring smooth operations with minimal need for follow-up
- Manage both structured and unpredictable tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of reliability
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
