- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
- Coordinate deadlines and completion of special projects, reports, and presentations
- Assist in vendor negotiations and resource bidding
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in developing presentations and materials for executive management
- Familiarity with task management software
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Experience in interviewing candidates
