About the Opportunity
The Executive Assistant will provide strategic and operational support to the Fintech & Alternative Finance Sales organization. This role is central to a fast-paced, fully remote team and involves partnering closely with senior leaders to manage priorities, complex schedules, meetings, travel, and executive communications. The position is essential to maintaining momentum and organization, enabling leadership and teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted communication liaison for executive leadership
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, events, travel arrangements, expenses, and follow-ups
- Proactively remove roadblocks and escalate issues to meet urgent priorities
- Act as the team's subject matter expert on Outlook and Salesforce
- Create and refine advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting materials
- Support internal communications including newsletters, sales contests, and team updates
- Collaborate with team members, clients, vendors, facilities, and technology teams
- Lead operational onboarding for new sales hires, including equipment and systems setup
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, facilities, technology partners, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support a virtual workforce and provide backup coverage for other administrators while maintaining own workload
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple leaders
- Ability to work remotely with availability during eastern or central time zone hours
- Maintain confidentiality while managing executive-level priorities
- Demonstrate strong organization and momentum amid competing demands
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Excel (advanced formulas and data manipulation), PowerPoint (executive-level presentations), and Outlook
- High accuracy with complex schedules, documents, and operational processes
- Experience contributing to scalable and smooth administrative operations
Compensation
- Salary range: $63,964 – $110,872 annually
- Eligible for variable pay opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package
