- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and communications for the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
- Plan and organize meetings, and report back to the CEO on meeting outcomes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience developing presentations and materials suitable for executive management
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage resources effectively
- Familiarity with task management software
